You have an expert knowledge of software design patterns and are familiar with many enterprise application architectural styles.Proactively and transparently contributes information and energy toward creating value with others Develops and strengthens networks and relationships, both inside and outside the organization, that support company performance. Collaborates: Engages others by gathering multiple views and being open to diverse perspectives, focusing on a shared purpose that puts Humana's overall success first.Develop architecture, strategies, standards and guidelines for data security technologies and solutions Work in a global team and take over the responsibility for the data protection domain.Provide hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues.To be the technical expert who can take ownership of design, architecture, implementation of solutions, IT development, technical and/or functional expertise, IT integration.
Provide technical leadership and review technical design across workstreams.Partner with project managers/consultants to work on day to day software development efforts.Provide architectural and big-picture oversight for development of client implementations on the Commerce Cloud platform.Can demonstrate knowledge of how would these technical trends be applied to an enterprise - what are the challenges / opportunities (for example : cloud, PaaS, software containers.). Up to date knowledge of technical trends and innovations, especially how these may be applied to an enterprise.
